Belle Isle Marsh Reservation

Mixed in with rusting rail cars, race tracks and air traffic jams you'll find an amazing mix of shorebirds, herons and waterfowl. Snowy owls can even be seen during the winter months.

The only remaining salt marsh within the Boston city limits was established in 1986 on the former site of the Suffolk Downs Drive-In.
