Not sure how this company stays in business. First I had to call twice just to get them on the phone. I made an appointment to have a new toilet installed and they were a no show. Even after calling them that morning to make sure we were still on. Said there was a delay in the previous job. Okay, I get it. So they scheduled for a week later. Finally showed up (1 hour late) and did indeed install my toilet. Apparently he dropped the old toilet and cracked a tile. Then told me I was basically out of luck that they don t repair tile at Benjamin Franklin. Contacted the main office since this is a franchise and was told there is nothing I can do. I think it s one person trying to do it all at this place. I would stay far away if you need anything seriously done in a timely manner.

Had a leak in my upstairs master bath, called Ben Frank to come fix leak. It took 2 days for them to show up and when he did (I believe it was the owner) punched a hole in my ceiling under leak and refused to fix the sheetrock. He "fixed" leak, charged me an astronomical fee and left. Later that night, it started to leak again. Called the office and the secretary was extremely rude and told me they would have to charge me another trip charge to come out there! I said forget it and she hung up on me. This is a fly by night company who has absolutely no customer service skills, only wants money and doesn't care if they fix problem or not. Called another plumber in area, they came right away, fixed leak and repaired sheetrock for me.
