Chad deserves a raise. He is knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He explains things, so nonplumbers can understand. He remembered our toilets had a warranty and he fixed them, so they no longer run up gigantic water bills. He is a wonderful person and you are lucky to have him as an employee.
