Tom the plumber came to my house to fix a leaking faucet in my shower. The valve needed to be replaced because it was stripped instead he just put a new knob on a stripped valve the next morning the knob was not functional.
When I called to complain nobody would call me back so I filed a complaint with the BBB and they resolved the complaint by giving my money back.
