I have not used this firm, but there are a lot of lawyers in the city- I encourage members and supporters of the LGBT community to go elsewhere. I witnessed one of their partners, John M. Newell, ripping NO on 8 signs off the front lawn at the Spectrum Center in Marin and stuffing them into his BMW. When I tried to stop him (we needed them to direct our volunteers) he swore the F word at me. When I replaced them he actually drove back and took them down again!! He was extremely rude, arrogant, and overtly hostile to me; a woman half his size- yuk! He is an ugly person. Show support for diversity and equality by not hiring the firm he represents as a partner.
