I had an absolutely horrible experience with this law firm. After having been seriously injured in an auto accident, a friend of mine referred me to Mark Ginsberg to help me with the case. When I first met and retained Mark, he seemed highly competent and eager to take the case. After that, things went downhill fast. Mark handed the case over to a junior attorney with the firm and I had a very difficult time getting a hold of Mark. To make matters worse, the firm 'forgot' to file against the construction company that had run me over; the owner of that company was late picking up a "bid" bond from their insurance agent and Bershire Ginsberg instead sued the President of the company personally. To make matters worse, the firm miscalculated my medical bills and 'lost' approximately $30,000 in medical costs. The junior attorney was extremely unprepared for trial and then quit the firm to start their own law firm. At that point, Mark was completely unprepared for trial and we had to take a very reduced settlement. A very sad day for the American legal system indeed.
