Founded over seventeen years ago, Best Bagels and Deli has been Serving the Neighborhood with fresh baked bagels, hand made cream cheeses, and delicious deli sandwiches for almost two decades. The commitment to fresh ingredients and the New York style of bagels has been passed on from the founders, Jim and Pam Phillips, to the new owners, Maria, Chip, and their two year old son Max Guinn.
