I see a lot of bad reviews. People don't forget that you are in a very busy mall not at your personal massage session. I went there couple times and the staff was very nice. I like that it's very diverse. Yes the typical white male is not the only one who knows about electronics so have an open mind and ask a female or a person of color for a change. Usually the staff will ask if you need anything. If they don't or if they are busy just be patient and ask questions. Most of them know their stuffs but if they don't know they will tell you. I like honesty. They will tell you info about the product if you need more info they will call someone who is more informed. They have cds,dvds, tvs, cameras and more. They return policies suck 30 days return policy, some items are only 15 days and I also think there are items you can't return. The store is clean. They also have greeters at the 2 entrances also exits. Don't buy at Best buy they are the worst. I bought a computer with warranty and paid around 100 for the warranty. The computer broke so I used the warranty to fix it. They refuse to let me exchange the computer for a brand new one. They made me wait 2 weeks for the repair. They work with the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad suck by the way. They finally called me to pick up the laptop. The laptop was damaged and looked bad. They fixed the screen and then turn the laptop on and there was no pictures. Then they told me to wait again and I am still waiting. It's been more than 1 month. Can you live without your pc for 1 month? I don't think so. The best thing to do would have been to let me have a brand new laptop. The screen was cracked and there is no way to fix it. They are terrible. The laptop was broken and they told me on the phone that they will try everything to fix it. I don't want you to fix something that has been broken. It's broken it will broke again when I go home with it. They have bad customer service. They also told me that to do an exchange the computer will have to be repair 4 times first. What the hell???? What company does that??? It's crazy!!! Don't buy at Best buy it will be the worst buy in your life. They are thieves. Truereview here to tell you the truth.
