Living close to this company, I've done my best to give them my business; in response they have made it clear to me that they don't want it. I had a window glazer come out to replace three cracked window panes. The two that were at a lower level were re-glazed properly. When I got out a ladder to inspect the highest pane that was replaced I realized the glazer had not put in putty in the bottom of the frame, apparently to save time. When I called to advise the shop of the situation they replied that "that's not possible." More recently, when I went into the shop to obtain a drip guard for my glass shower door, they looked at me as though I was asking for a part for the space shuttle. They asked me to sit in the waiting room "for a couple of minutes" while they checked to see if they had such an odd part. After 10 minutes three different employees had slowly walked by and looked me over without uttering a word. I ultimately got up and left, realizing I simply wasn't going to receive a response. The staff at this company are the most unfriendly, unprofessional, and disgruntled people I have encountered.
