bad experience!:
They don't let parents back with their kids. My 4 year old was stuck in a big room with a bunch of other people getting worked on. He was in there, by himself, for 2 hours!! I never got to even meet the dentist that was working on my child. They assured me that they would get me if he was having a hard time. They said he did fine. But he told me (and was not lying) that he was crying most of the time that they were working on him. They were about to put a SILVER crown on my child's front center top tooth! I had to convince them to do white. Not sure if they know it's not the 50's anymore! This was the first time that he had to be numbed and I wasn't even with him for it. I have so many regrets. Don't let the "pediatric" title fool you. These people do not know how to make kids feel comfortable.
