Steaks -- as in cheese steaks. Big Al and son Adam Costilo are Philadelphia transplants who were not satisfied with Florida cheese steaks. So they opened their own shop in Delray Beach and expanded to two other locations. They use thinly sliced rib-eye steak and Italian rolls shipped from Philly; along with hoagies, french fries and traditional Philadelphia drinks birch beer and cherry soda.
