Big Sky Bread Company in Portland, Maine produces breads and sweets made from organic whole wheat flour stone milled daily in the bakery. Big Sky granola is one of our most popular items and is available for purchase on-line.

We begin each day milling the world's finest organic wheat berries into flour right inside the bakery. Using a stone mill, we produce the whole wheat flour used in our breads and sweets.
