Buyer Beware! Numerous BBB Complaints:
I wish I had read more than the first page of results for Bikesdirect. The compan has a record of criminal behaviour, delivery fraud, credit card fraud, misrepresentation, not honouring warranty, not even responding to email complaints, even when the complaint is about bicycles purchased but not delivered. They don't answer BBB complaints and are not members. According to many different sources this is all by design, The owner David Sanders has acknowledged that customer service is too costly and doing business with BikesDirect is something you do at your own peril
