I've been doing yoga since 1979 and am a certified Bikram teacher. I like the variety of yoga disciplines and appreciate them all. In my twenties I did yoga to look good, now I do it to feel good. I love seeing people change their bodies and become healthy through the classes we offer.

Daily classes of Bikram Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Trapeze Yoga, Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, Zone Yoga, Barre class, Mat Pilates & Pilates Power Gym (mini reformer) held in 3 different yoga rooms.
