Same experience as deathwhisper Bill the owner is a extremely rude person. His company came for a quote gave me a good price but I told him i was waiting on another quote and he flipped out. Started yelling and said he did not want my business and to go with the other guy. Thank god I did got a better product for less.

I purchased carpet from Bill's carpet and decided to install it myself. Bill, the owner of this store, actually called me and was nasty and sarcastic because I did not have his company install the carpet! I was amazed to get a call from Bill where he stated, "Well I guess if I need a carpet installer I know who to call!" This man also told me it would cost $50 to get the nailer strips I needed to put the carpet down. I got them for $1.50 each totaling less than $10! What a jerk! I will NEVER do business there again!

Job was done with mediocre quality and then was handled very unprofessionally after that. Would never use again or recommend. Beware!
