Excellent Service:
I have used Bill's of Tiburon on my refrigeration unit for over ten years. The service has always been prompt, courteous and highly efficient. Usually the service was performed within a day or two after notifying about the malfunction.
The price charged is reasonable and amounted to $150 - $200 for getting my unit going again. It usually included recharging the coolant.
I highly recommend Bill's of Tiburon.

Ripoff, doesn't show for months:
RIPOFF!! Came to my house in May for refrigerator repair. Took care of part of problem, but said he needed to order a part. I asked how much it would be, and he told me he would only charge for the part. He would call me when he gets it. A month later, I called, and he had it. Said he would come over when in the area. This was early June. After repeated calls, and promises to get back to me, over months and months, he finally gets here Sept. 17. After doing the job, he says, that will be $100. I asked how much the part was- $22. I reminded him what he said last time, and he said $80. I ended up paying $60, just to get him out. Look for someone more reliable, who won't rip you off.
BTW, his demeanor is disarmingly pleasant, but don't trust him. Also, he refused to give me a receipt, "for that price."
