I have been doing research for laser removal for about 6 months now. I decided to go in the Bio Skin Laser and Skincare Center just for a consultation. I was amazed at how professional everyone in the office is. After speaking with Shani regarding the procedure and how they go about, I was extremely comfortable that I decided then and there to do full leg, Brazilian bikini, arms and underarms. Everyone at the office is EXTREMELY professional, understanding and polite. They take their time with you explaining in detail what their work entails and they are able and willing to answer all your questions. Results = AMAZING. I left the office very happy.

I had an amazing experience with Samina! I was terrified of having my first Brazilian Laser session, but she made me feel so comfortable. I love the results and will definitely be going back to her in the future :)

ladies be careful about going to this place!!!!! this was my worst experience ever. first of all i couldnt find the building that did not have a building number. when i called them up for direction and told them i was looking for their building and running late they assured me that the appointment i had was still on. when i got there, the receptionist (jhoanny pena) took my loot certificate i bought from lifebooker had me fill out all the paper work and then told me i was not getting service today because i have disrespected her by arriving late!!! anywayz she refused to give back my lifebooker loot and kept the my consent form that had my information on it. i have contacted lifebooker regarding that and still waiting for a response. the bottom line is you wanna spend your money where its worthed even if its a little expensive. this place had the worst place ever with terrible customer service. if i it wasnt prepaid i would never go to this place. no wonder this place has one star on all the websites for reviews.

fyi-all the good comments written here are probably from the salon itself. and i was not the only one the receptionist was fighting with.
