These guys require a $400 fee for inspection (like most, if not all, mold inspectors) and then do nothing but use a moisture meter to diagnose mold. If you want an actual diagnosis, you'll have to pay an extra $250. They toss around technical terms in order to sound impressive but totally misuse them! I intentionally did not tell Jeff that I have a PhD in microbiology and just let him speak about the "techniques" they use. He was so unbelievably wrong! Save your money and hire a general contractor. A contractor will do more than just tear down your wall and disinfect with Lysol, they'll actually repair the wall.
