Do not even call this company. They are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive and they will try to charge you for even getting an estimate! Don't let the star ratings fool you - they probably have their employees write them. Check out the Better Business Bureau website for their 46 complaints in the past three years. Don't even call.

I'm sure these bad reviews are getting old by now. Given the hassle they gave me in my complaints, I know that their staff is online publishing good reviews to offset the trail of tears you see in the following reviews. When you see one company plastering their name over every free item at a community event, you should check their reviews. They don't use word of mouth. They took advantage of my wife and have no regrets about it. She tried to do me the favor and get someone to fix a leaking wax ring and now she is in tears. I encourage all angry customers to talk to the charities and places that hand out that free Bishop advertising to stop it. This community deserves better.
