Blackinton Airport Property Owners Association

Very noisy neighbors. Planes fly directly over neighborhood homes at low altitude. Loud engines. Disturbs an otherwise peaceful rural neighborhood. Frequently cut/turn off engines while overhead of homes. A disaster waiting to happen. Sooner or later one of their planes will crash into homes and probably kill residents. Are there laws against this kind flying over populated areas?
