A few weeks after posting my first negative (but honest) review of Blaggards on the web, the pub banned me from returning. Read the whole story and judge for yourself:

It's impossible to say if the quasi-dive aesthetic of Blaggard's—both locations—are willful or just simply consequential, but the Midtown faithful don't seem to care much as long as they can manage sports, beer, and food in one single-stop location. It helps that the place really is quite Irish, from the bartenders to the decor.

Centrally located in the New York area, this lively pub serves mouth-watering hamburgers and a vast selection of domestic and imported beers.

At Blaggard's Irish Pub & Restaurant, we are committed to satisfying our customers with great food and excellent service. We offer a wide variety of drinks and delicious dishes for Lunch and Dinner. Our kitchen is open from 11am to 10pm. Bar is open from 11am to 4am.

We specialize in Irish and American food. We have a large selection of beers, liquors and wines. On Friday nights we have a DJ and dancing. We have large screen TVs for sports. Happy hour is Mon. - Friday from 4pm - 7pm.
