Phuong Pham, O,D. grew up in San Jose with a large supportive family. She graduated from Universtiy of California, Berkeley with a bachelors degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. The following fall she moved to Manhattan to attend the four year doctorate program at State University New York College of Optometry. She graduated as a Doctor of Optometry with honors.
