Technically a hotel restaurant, BLT draws plenty of non-guests longing for a dose of the W's chic vibe and celeb-friendly space in a neighborhood more geared to high-finance types. Pan-American menu pleases with upscale versions of, well, everything. Meat men can indulge in double-cut chops, Flatiron steak frites, and, naturally, New York Strip.
