The BlueBarn produces theatre without boundaries. We entertain our community by creating theatre which demands a response. The BlueBarn inspires a passion for the art form and is dedicated to theatre's most important tradition: to provoke thought, emotion, action and change.

The BLUEBARN Theatre was founded in 1989 in Omaha, Nebraska by graduates of the Conservatory at State University of New York at Purchase. Since then, it has become renown for producing professional-quality, contemporary theatre.

Past shows have included "The Santaland Diaries" by David Sedaris, "Man from Nebraska" by Tracy Letts, and "Three Tall Women" by Edward Albee.
