Horrible place!! Do not go here!!:
This place is full of money driven monsters! I have never been in such a cold place and seen so many heartless people in my life. I brought my sweet dog there with hope and all they care about was getting thousands of dollars from us and refused to even give us one answer. They redid tests that i just had done at her vet 2 hours prior. They never showed me any of “their” X-rays. They would not let me bring my dogs bed or her food in. They would not let me see her till the last minutes. They never once offered me a tissue just wanted me to get off the phone with my husband so they could collect payment. I lost my baby girl and was not even given a tissue. Never asked how i was or any condolences. Just coldness!! I can’t even get into the full story on here because it pains me in ways i can’t even talk about. I walked out though the lobby shaking and balling. Those monsters behind the desk did not even say I’m sorry or even bye!!! I would not refer my worst enemy to this place. This place is sickening and makes me cringe!! They took my dog and not once thought about the feelings and family that love her. Please stay away from this place! Run!

The worst Vets under one roof - DO NOT GO HERE:
DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE. There are two doctors that are good, and one has left to go to Ohio.
- My cat was brought in for Diarrhea and dehydration. The doctor never asked me about his current state, and the only notes she had is historical health information I provided. Without any knowledge of what the feces looked like, duration in between, amount, diet, or any physical signs, she simply stated "we'll try an antibiotic, could work".

Now, I know this is an ER and they are there to support and get yout pet to a place of health to see their own vet, BUT, if you are going to treat me my cat, you better know why. This is 2015 - there are tests that can determine if it was bacterial or not. I had to ask for those.

So, after I told Dr. Elliot to please take a fecal and blood test to either rule out, or if lucky, find the cause so he can be treated properly - not blindly given a pill.

Well she slipped up and told me she could not perform the fecal flotation as the cage was cleaned, and then she stated she would have to send it out to a "lab" - yes, a lab - please remember this is an EMERGENCY ROOM. Well as you can tell, she came back in and stated that she now CAN do it (shaking while saying it). OK, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. PS..it never appeared on my bill, and she had to add an addendum to her notes to cover her lies.

As for the blood, I do not care if you are an ER vet, you MUST know what every single level on a CBC is, and what it means. She not only did not, but when asked, she lied again - and stated all of them mean infection. I asked why would they be called out seperately if they were the same and she laughed and said she did not know. After speaking to my vet and other MD's, I was told that what she MISSED was his anemia and underlying Fungal Infection.

So my cat gets hydrated, and we go home. He now has a leg triple the size of the other, and acting very strange, He was in a full blown manic state.

I called, and Dr. Elliot stated - " I have no idea why his leg is swollen", and "never" has an animal reacted from the PAIN medication in a manic way, Now, again, you are young, naive and probably only spewing out what you read without the wisdom of years, but, do not lie to me, and TELL ME WHY YOU GAVE MY CAT An OPIATE for PAIN when no where in your notes do you mention it, nor did i TELL you he was exhibiting any signs.

Not over - I ask if I can give him a xanex to calm down - "of course" they say - WRONG - deadly combination. Literally, cocktail that is fatal.

So here we are, thank you Lord my cat is stable, but still having issues - so I call today to find out what exactly I can rule out from the Fecal Flotation - Jessyca told me she could not tell me that. Then within a few minutes she asked me to write down the parasites. She just could not give me the justice of emailing it to me right away.

Well she finally did, but would not give me her boss's name.

I will not have my cat be treated like he is nothing - nothing... and for me to be treated like I am a moron who will just lay down and take Dr. Elliot lying about my cat's health. Provide the answers to why Dr. Elliot lied and told me she performed a fecal flotation when she did not - ENDANGERING my cat. This is overstepping animal moral, veterinary medicine as a whole and her license should be struck.

Answer me WHY Dr Elliot gave my cat a opiate for pain when he was not in any, propelling a 5 hour manic episode - why....oh, did I mention it also caused constipation.

Do not ever go here - they are not good - just like doctors, just because you are a vet and finished schooling, does not make you a good one. Dr. Elliot lacks diagnostic skills, simple common sense, and is has no confidence in her skills she needs to lie to look adequate,
DO NOT GO HERE
