I would like to start off by saying DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE EVER !!!! They are absolutely the worst with customer relations and never fully complete the service that the car is taken in for. Not only do they do a horrible job with trying to fix whatever issue u have with the car when u take it in , but they are completely out of line and rude with the way the front desk / service manager & specially the location manager Angelo Liangas deals with customers. I don't even konw where to start with my horrific experience there. I have been a BMW leaser for almost 15 years. I own about 3 bmw cars and have been a loyal BMW client for the longest time. For some reason this time around my experience has been horrible trying to get bmw of bayside to fix my car due to a mistake on the last time my car got serviced with them. They held onto my car for almost 2 months and not once did I get a follow up call nor did anyone bother to care to respond to my numerous voicemails that I would leave when I called to check the status of my car repair. There were times that I would have to get up and leave work early just so I can walk into bmw of bayside to get someone to respond to me about my car. I cant even express how rude the front desk girl SHANA was each and every time I was there. Its as if she was doing me a favor by answering questions or trying to get Angelo or Greg on the phone. On top of all this when I finally got my car back after almost 2 months, within 1 day after I had to take my car right back in for a engine light and no brakes and shaking. Its as if they never even bothered to test drive the car to make sure its working before returning it back to me. To make matters even worse with BMW of bayside, while I had the loaner I was issued a ticket for not showing proof of car insurance. I simply asked the manger ( Angelo ) and my service manager( GREG ) along with the front desk girl SHANA to please contact there insurance company and have them issue me a letter stating that the car was insured on the day I got the ticket so I can have it dismissed. Not only did they refuse to help me with this they even went as far as calling me a liar stating that they have never heard of a court asking for proof of insurance to dismiss a ticket. I had sent them a letter from the court to prove to them I wasn't lying and that still was not good enough for them to want to help me. After days of arguing back and forth I was promised at least 2 times from ANGELO that I would have this letter ready for me when I came to pick up my car the SECOND time I had to drop it off for service. Today I picked up my car and no insurance letter was provided for me and Angelo didn't even bother to walk out of his office to address this issue. I am also going to send in a complaint to the better business bureau and hopefully someone how someway BMW of bayside will change there management or will get there act together. every single review on this site is a negative review - not 1 good review- that should say a lot of them STAY AWAY from BMW of BAYSIDE
