Tips

What to Drink:
This spot has one of the most serious wine lists in the city, with over 4,000 bottles plus a captain’s list. High rollers can spring for a 1921 Chateau D’Yquem for $7550; other bottles are more moderate, and 45 wines are offered by the glass. Artisanal handcrafted cocktails are also served aplenty.

The Extras:
An elegant private dining room sits to the right of the entrance, holds up to 30 guests, and can be separated for smaller parties. Another private room is the Club Room at the back, which can be reserved for private corporate events and has a large flat screen for presentations.

Hip steak:
Beautiful dining room, classic steak house menu, walk on the Boulevard after dining and make an evening out of it.

Editorial Reviews

"Go big or go home" when you wine and dine at this "swanky steakhouse" pair in Santa Monica and WeHo, "a carnivore's playground" where "attentive" servers deliver pricey cuts of "quality beef" to "pretty people" and "trust-fund babies"; both sites are "stunning" and "epitomize" LA "buzz" with "TMZ photogs" standing by, though a few snipe they're more about "scene" than cuisine.

Citysearch Editorial Review:
Formerly located in tiny digs at the Grafton Hotel down the street, this glamorous and iconic steakhouse has reinvented itself with a bigger-is-better flagship. A dramatic 4,000 square-foot patio...

Staid steakhouse gets a saucy makeover at this urbane playground.:
The Scene
The Grafton Hotel's steakhouse is a post-modern jumble of unpredictable materials. Light fixtures resemble stained-glass bug zappers, while plastic tables are juxtaposed with...
