Mr. Leschak does very good work.

Do not ever use this contractor, in my twelve years of construction this is by far the worst job ever seen. After we did an inspection on a home located at 5** leon ave in Delran NJ, one of the issues noticed was rotten wood caused by a leak from the flashing on the roof. The potential buyers asked for this to be repaired before closing on the house. The repairs were to include replacing the shingles, sealing the leak around the chimney and replacing the rotted wood. Bob Leschak was hired by the homeowners to do the repair. Upon the second inspection I almost literally fell off the roof because when I stepped on the supposedly repaired area my foot sunk into the roof and I lost my balance. The shingles that were supposed to be replaced were instead peeled back and then re nailed back onto the roof, totally unacceptable. The rotten wood was only replaced in one bay and they overcut the old wood and left no support which is why I almost fell through. After the job was done the shingles were damaged and loose the rotten wood still remained and the roof was unstable. Bob leschak was told about the poor standard of works and instead of offering to repair it like it was supposed to be he actually said instead ill do the front of the roof for you for $2000 dollars! The nerve of this guy is unbelievable but how many people get a second inspection or climb into the attic or on the roof to check his work? not many so he is probably used to getting away with it. In the end he was not paid for the job and a real contractor was hired and the work was performed the correct way. Bob leschack wins the award for worst contractor of the year, nice job Bob congrats!
