Terribly Unprofessional:
I spoke with Jason Boldt of this business and he said he would get back to me in "two days".
A week and a half went by, I called to inquire as to whether the estimate was done and he had no idea and had to ask for my phone number again.
I said I had already given him my phone number and if he had no record of my estimate I would go somewhere else, thinking he was too busy for our business.
I thanked him, ended the conversation, said good bye and hung up the phone.
Jason then called me back immediately screaming at me on the phone that I had hung up on him and then blasted very loud music into the phone, hoping my ear was close to the receiver!
He called back one more time and left a screaming message on my answering machine that I had better not hung up him.
I called back to tell him to stop calling my house and that I would be going onto Angie's List to report him and he still blasted the music into my phone.
I was really surprised by this very unprofessional act and am glad I saw him for what he is before I gave him any of my money.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint about his incredibly unprofessional and harassing behavior.
