After applying to multiple jobs (four positions over 5 months) and not getting anywhere the lovely staff at Boly Welch sent me a tart email to discourage I apply again. Lets be clear, this email I am fuming about was not the generic thanks but no thanks I had received in earlier months.

When I responded to the email the owner reached out and contacted me. I initially thought this was good, boy was I wrong.

I had the unpleasant experience of speaking with Pat Welch this afternoon and could not be less impressed. I respect following up on complaints about your business, but calling strangers sweetie and hanging up in folks faces because they are not buying the fluff you are selling is far from professional. I got the feeling Ms. Welch is not used to people having a backbone, common sense, the ability to stand up for themselves. To be honest the conversation was unreal. I have not had someone try to talk over me or treat me like a child in a long time.

Nothing about my experience with this company was pleasant. No part of me wants to ever interact with such rude and unprofessional people again.
