Wilted Flowers and horrible customer service:
Would never use these guys for ANYTHING.. EVER!
Got an order delivered and the flowers came already wilted. I called them and they never called me back.
I called again and finally reached someone who told me I could bring it in, but they didn't know where they were located.
I finally got there, they younger of the two ladies was with some other people, which was fine, but she wouldn't even acknowledge me or find someone else to assist. Finally a handicapped guy who seemed nice tried to get her attention for me. She told him that that was too bad, what did he want her to do about it, and to "get the old lady to help her". Seriously?? Who calls other employees things like that???
So finally someone else came up, and she was an older lady.. but still. She was the nicest person there and agreed that the flowers weren't healthy. She tried to pull more from the back and they weren't good either. She went to the younger lady again who was super nasty to her. Told her that they were getting a credit on the peonies from their vendor, but that's what they had and what did she want her to do about it. So basically.. they KNEW the quality was bad, asked for a credit, was getting a credit and they were still using them in their arrangements!!
She also told her that they weren't in the "recipe" of the original order but she didn't follow that because they didn't have any of the flowers. That means the people who ordered the arrangement had chosen something for me specifically, and the florist didn't care.. but just created something totally different because they werenât properly equipped to fulfill the order properly.
In the end, the second lady was able to pull something together of healthy flowers after about a 30 minute wait.
I don't know how the people who work there survive that environment. Having to spend any time in there with those people would pretty much be my definition of hell.
