I have been going to this lady for the past 10 yrs. I have always found her reasonable, reliable and a very good alterationist. She works 6 days a wk. and is always pleasant. She speaks with an accent since English is her second language

I took in a blouse and pair of pants for alterations and the first thing was the rudeness of the lady there. She would not give me a solid price estimate for the work then she overcharged me on my debit card. When the work was completed she called me and said "your sh**t is ready!". When we arrived to pick it up, the foul mood lady put her hands on her hips as if getting ready with a karate stance. I kept my cool as I didn't want to do something that I would regret or go to jail for. The work was lousy as my blouse came apart. She basically ruined my blouse!. Avoid at all costs!
