Backyard Transformation!:
We used Boss Resurfacing do add on to my patio, stamp it, and also build a decorative arbor with a fireplace. I was not looking forward to the mess which was about to take place at my home, but to my surprise, everything went really smooth. Boss kept everything clean and in order during this great transformation and my wife and I cant say enough about how great everything turned out. We highly recommend Boss Resurfacing to anyone that wants to remodel their backyard.

So let me get this straight......
You bought a house that had a product installed on the pool deck two years before you even bought it and you are complaining to the company that installed it (two years prior, for the previous home owner) and you are mad because the answer you got from the installing company was that there was moisture problem and the manufacturer told you the same thing. And now you want a company, with whom you have never done business with, to repair a problem with a product that is two years old.
Spare me!!! Wow, what is this world coming to?
Sounds to me that you just are not hearing what you want to hear. Give me something free!
You also say that you do not plan to give the company, who you have never done business with anyway, any revenue in the future. I am sure they are not too worried.

I am calling these guys to give me a quote today. I have heard nothing but rave reviews about this company and I will review this company after they get my business.
