Condescending, Nasty attitude, Illiterate, Uneducated, No manners:
*DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST*. The reviews are all true. I booked a cab online on their site 10-22-21 for Monday 10-25-21 @ 6:30 I was going from Dorchester to Brighton for a Corporate Board meeting at WGBH. There was no problem on Friday when I booked the cab online. I called them Sunday night to confirm over the phone and the man that I talk to Friday that was so nice turned into a demon. He was nasty, condescending, uneducated, and illiterate. His Customer Service Skills were so horrible that the phone call was unbearable. Offering a service that you want people to pay and tip for is out of Boston Cab dispatch's reach. After reading the reviews I understand now. Boston Cab dispatch has been reported to the Better Business Bureau repeatedly. The dispatcher's disrespect and horrible customer service are killing this business and they should be SUED for traumatizing the public. That phone call was one of the worst Customer Service experiences I have ever had, and they are lying about having a BBB score of A+ this company is not Better Bureau Business Accredited. #CANCELCULTURE #SHAMEONYOUBOSTONCABDISPATCH
