Don't shop here unless you like getting screwed:
I bought a used Infiniti G35X w/ 2-yr bumper to bumper premium extended warranty for over $16k from Bourne's last January - before test driving it, my sales guy told me there was an exhaust leak (which also showed up on the Carfax) that would be fixed before I picked the car up. I bought the car, picked it up, and the Check Engine light came on during my ride home from the dealership that same day. I called the following morning, they told me to go to Auto Zone and get the light cleared - said it was probably a loose gas cap. I did that, but the light kept coming back on, so I took the car back to Bourne's, and they insisted nothing was wrong with it, that the sensors were just very sensitive. I made them replace the gas cap since they said that was the culprit, but I was unhappy with the service (tho they did shut the light off - it came back on during my drive home again).
Needless to say, the car didn't pass inspection because of an exhaust leak - the same one they were supposed to have fixed before giving me the car. Bourne's REFUSED to repair it. I reported this to the BBB and Bourne's insisted that they had no responsibility - they claimed to have no recollection of me ever calling to complain (I have phone records) and claim that I never had them do any work on the car (but they replaced the gas cap and ran a diagnostic and then refused to take the exhaust apart to fix the problem) - furthermore, they claimed that I never even brought the car in for service, which I did less than a month after taking delivery of the car. They said that I drove 3 hrs round trip to pick up floormats that they forgot to include, that I never actually asked them to look at the car and never mentioned the Check Engine light which, of course, I did. They kept putting me off and telling me nothing was wrong with the car til 90 days was up - then they just told me to screw, because they had no legal lemon responsibility at that point.
These guys are disorganized, dishonest, and in the business of selling lemons. Unless you enjoy getting ripped off, steer VERY clear of this dealership and take your business to more a more ethical dealership with some notion of customer service.
