Bad company:

Advertises 24/7 mailbox access but they still have not fix their side door for 24/7 access. New ownership it terrible, they'll Nicole and dime you and their defense is that it's not in their own contract. Filed a complaint at CA Consumer Affairs for fraud advertisement.
