Despite a Victorian London look, this moderately priced freshman Barracks Row tavern is living in the here and now with its relatively "imaginative" (and mostly American) pub fare and "well-done" beer and wine lists; solid service and a "great vibe" in the "narrow" space mean "seating can be hard to come by on a busy night."
