Un co-operative about helping with insurance AFTER I paid!:
In October, 2007, paid for prothesis & 2 bra's, approx $350.
I gave insurance info at time. My primary insurance needed to receive statement to file denial so my secondary would pay. Am I the only customer with double insurance?
SIX months later, I am still requesting that Kathy files with my primary insurance. Lynn refused to help at all, insisting that only Kathy can pull up a receipt. My secondary insurance was willing to accept a fax of receipt.
I feel like Bra & Girdle Factory has the money and doesn't care if I get reimbursed!
