Rip off:
We bought tires for our truck in July 2007 and received a $40 rebate card from Good Year. My husband returned to use the rebate card to have the wheels aligned. After waiting over two hours for the alignment and another one hour for the employees to figure out how to validate the rebate card, he was told the card would not be valid until the following business day. The employees stated that he would have to leave the truck or use some other means to pay for the service. They were unwilling to negotiate any alternative, such as offering to refund $40 after the card was validated. The ONLY reason we returned to this business was because of the rebate card. We could have had the alignment done at half the cost at our regular mechanic's shop. We will never patronize this business again, as they charge entirely too much and have no concept of customer service.
