The worst costumer service ever!:
Unfortunately I had a really unpleasant experience trying to take my Network exam on 02/05/2010.
I was insulted by the owner himself while trying to find out a solution on how I supposed to proceed after being kicked out of my exam twice due to a network connection issue which affected my countdown minutes left to accomplish the test.
At this point he took the situation personal, started yelling at me and even said that I was too slow and that he doesn’t have anything to do with that, slamming the door at my face!!!... (really?!?!)
It ended up I left the place without finishing my exam, which I was doing fine at that moment.
Just want to make clear that my statement has nothing to do with personal, but involves values that should be measured when it comes to a business and professional posture.
I’ve been in there twice before because it’s conveniently near by my house and that’s the reason I’ve decided to come back for the next… never again!
