Rude Customer Service:
I bought a brand new washing machine. It was broken the next day . I called & they told me the paperwork was going through & they would call me when it came in.
2 weeks later...I called & was told the machine was never ordered. When I talked to all the different departments...they kept moving the blame around.
I have never experienced such rude customer service ! When they wouldn't put me through to a supervisor...I finally called the operator.
When I got a woman who I had already spoken to , she said SARCASTICALLY..."What can I help you with , AGAIN ?!?"
The supervisor was not at all concerned the way I had been treated by their customer service.
I asked why they didn't follow up on the broken machine they had sold me...there answer was...
"we don't do that here."
Enough said !
