Brendle Rentals is located at 485 N Eastern Blvd in Montgomery and has been in the business of Coin-operated Amusement Devices since 1987.

I hired them to do my friend's wedding. I should have known better because, right from the start on the phone with them I experienced very rude customer service. They were the only place in our area so I let it go. Then the tables and chairs arrived it was nothing as advertised. They were very old, dirty, and just plain ugly with paint missing off of them and etc... They show you a new product but, deliver the exact oppisit. I complained to the crew about the condition of the iteams and was told this is all they have to offer. Then the crew started installing then tent. The tent was in the same condition old, dirty, and even had holes in it for water to leak through yet again, I was told this is the best they have to offer. After putting the tent up the crew immediately left. I walked into my back yard where the event has been set up to find a tent stake drove directly into my water main and water was bubbling out the ground filling my back yard up like a swamp. I immediately called the store to speak to the owner Natalie. She goes on to tell me that it is not her crews fault it is MY FAULT well, I surely wasn't the one that drove the tent stake into my own water main. Make that make sense. Then she goes on to tell me if i do not pay the full amount of the billed owed she will be involving the police to have me arrested. Then once I get the property damage they caused fixed for about $900 and go up to the store to pay my bill in full I am met inside by Natalie's daughter Blakely and her husband. The whole time I'm in there trying to pay my bill in full Blakely Husband which I now know doesn't even work for this company was following me around the store in my face the whole time telling me to try something aka he was wanting to fight me! Unprofessional isn't even close to a good word to describe them as. I understand they may be the only one in your area that does this kind of work but, PLEASE avoid my mistake and go out of the area. After all the damages to the property and broken equipment they caused and delivered we were forced to postpone the event and find a new provider.
