If you want an ATM system that doesn't work (machines down, cards that fail), checks and electronic transfers that are extra slow to clear, and "customer service" based on a bad phone system designed to give you the runaround, then by all means open accounts at Brewery Credit Union. If you enjoy wasting your day being forced to come to the bank for more of the runaround because nothing can be handled over the phone, it's perfect.

Like a lot of people, I have had some credit problems due to a job loss. Brewery credit union was the only place in town that would help me at a fair interest rate. I looked them up at the ncua.gov web site and also found out they are one of the fastest growing credit union in the united states. I think they are doing more to help people like myself than all the big banks in Milwaukee

This is the worst financial institution I've ever dealt with in my life! I've tried to log on to the website to do my banking online numerous times with no luck. When I called my branch & the main branch to ask for help they had no idea what to do & couldn't solve the problem. They said it must be my computer that's causing the problem. I do my online banking with numerous other companies with no problems so it's not my computer. It's also impossible to try to check your account info by phone. And so many times during regular banking hours nobody even answers the phone. I will be taking all my money out of their bank & closing all my accounts ASAP. This is the most amatuer run operation I've ever run into!
