I have lived here for a few months now. I will recommend Briar Hill to anyone looking for a nice place at a nice price.
I have read the other reviews and feel that the ones that are not happy may just be expecting more than they should. I live on the second floor, so I cannot comment about the noise. However, I will say that dealing with the Office Staff, the Owner, etc... has always been pleasant. The site is well maintained and the people who run the onsite maintenance are very nice and efficient. They respond quickly and courteously. The apartment itself is setup well, I have a dishwasher and a stacked washer & dryer, it is very convenient for apartment living. Definitely check this place out, it is a good location too.
