The Brickhouse Cafe traces its pizza pies to a recipe handed down from several generations of family members. These days owner Vinny Marino keeps the recipe alive with everything from the Brickhouse Cafe Special (made with sausage, homemade meatballs, tomato sauce and ricotta cheese) to simple pies like pepperoni and barbecue chicken.
