Though the front is indeed brick, the space that houses this American grill specializing in all sorts of wood-fire cooked meats and seafood has never been a factory – instead, it sits in a stylish South Bay shopping center with lots of self-parking. There's an outdoor patio with a fire pit, and a gleaming interior dominated by a long glass-backed bar at which modern mixology is the dominant theme.
