I DO NOT recommend this kennel.:
I do NOT recommend Brickyard Kennel. We sent our (3) dogs to stay there for 6 days while we were out of town. This is not an exaggerated review, this is exactly what happened. We dropped our dogs off and everything seemed like it would be fine. When we came to pick them up they all smelled quite bad, even though we had requested they all have baths. When I was saying hello to my 10 year old female lab mix I noticed a spot on her back that had matted hair. I looked a little closer and noticed she had a large scab that was oozing a white substance and bleeding. I was shocked because this dog is extremely friendly and never fought in her life. I asked the employees about it and they said they had no idea what happened. It was clear that her wound was a puncture wound and that it was infected. I asked to speak with the owner and they said she wasn't there, so I asked them politely to leave a message for her to call me since I was going to have to take my dog to the vet. They said there was no record of the wound and that they had no idea what happened. I was bothered, so I called again the next day and left another message for the owner. I called again a few days later and left another message. It has now been 2 weeks and she has not called me back. All I wanted was to know what happened to my dog. I even waited this long to write a review to give the owner the benefit of the doubt. It's clear she has no intention of calling me back, so now I'm writing this review. BE WARNED: something happened to my dog at this kennel (she had to be on antibiotics and anti-inflams for 10 days), and the employees/owner don't even care enough to explain how she was injured.
I know this kennel is trying to recover from bad reviews in the past. I guess nothing has changed.

Love them!:
(I tried to leave 5 Stars, but Yellowbot wouldn't let me!!) We've had our 3 small dogs at Brickyard several times, for 1-2 day stays, and for even longer (7-10 days). They LOVE it there!! I also hear they're going to open a separate day care just for smaller dogs! unfortunate that they don't do a lot of advertising -- they really should, or no one will ever know about this awesome place!! I'm so sorry about the one lady who had trouble getting in touch with Roxann -- I hear she's one of the best trainers in Utah (which probably explains why she's difficult to get in touch with). Did you contact the general manger -- Heather -- about the problem? She has always been SO helpful to us.
