DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. They used the fact that my wife and I were busy with our wedding to cheat us and steal our money. After promising a discount on tuxedo rentals for doing so much business with them (We rented more than a dozen tuxes and paid them more than $1,000) they failed to give us the discount. When confronted they claimed that they had sent us a check. When I attempted to explain that the matter in question was not one of checks but of money the owner said that we wouldn't get our money unless we brought him a check we never got. My wife and I are young people trying to start our lives. We promised the money from that refund to our groomsmen and cannot afford to make it up ourselves. This merchant has forced us to default on promises made to our dearest friends and family. They have wasted countless hours of my time with lies, stalling, and denials. I am now taking legal action against them so that I can make good on the promises I made to my friends and family. I've never had as much trouble or pain with a rental as with this disreputable company.
