Since 2007 the company has been providing Retail - Bridal Shops.

The dress never come on time. Shipment was 3 weeks late. Not only was I terribly stressed beyond my strength but I believe they purposely did this to force me to use their seamstress and charged me up the wahzoo. Be careful ladies. I recommend a more reputable Bridal Store with NO hidden strings. Stay clear from this place I want to save you the headache it caused me. No joke. Best wishes.

When I received my wedding dress it was so wrinkled... when I wanted it rezised they wanted me to pay right away... but thats not the point... when I got my dress it was wrinkled that is so unprofessional... when you get your dress your suppose to be happy about it... well I wasn't not only that when I asked them to iron it... they said they'll charge me even if I got my dress through them... and theres more... after I talked to the manager (which sounded very careless by the way) I told the mangager, "Fine I'll do it" because my wedding is in two weeks... she added the comment that "we don't gaurantee it will be done by your wedding" and its in two weeks how hard is it so iron a dress?? I should have went to Davids Bridal they were nice and professional and they have lots of customers and lots of employees... and when you walk in this store you can totally tell it sucked no on in there looked happy its always lonley everytime I drove by or walked by... you can tell why... The only reason I choosed them cuz I fell in love with this one dress... but you can find dresses anywhere and greater service like they actually care... Your wedding day should be great and so should be the service because there is a million of places to look. I spoke to the manager Janette there and didn't solve anything.
