For a "reliable" meal near the water in Hull, this "warm" duplex restaurant "fits the bill" with "excellent" Italian cuisine and "attentive" service, everything "worth the price"; the ground-level bar area works for "an after-beach drink", but most agree the upstairs dining room overlooking the ocean is the place to "impress that someone special."
